Our Story

Evans Homes and Gardens is a family-owned design and build landscape contractor and retail garden center serving the community for more than three decades. What began in 1989 as a small, family-run contracting venture has grown into a trusted local business known for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and personal service.

Over the years, our work has expanded beyond landscaping to include a flourishing farm, where we grow produce, plants, trees, and flowers. In addition to creating landscapes, we share our harvest and blooms at farmers markets—bringing the spirit of Evans Homes and Gardens directly into the community. We’re also proud to partner with Manna Food Center in Gaithersburg, contributing fresh produce to their food bank to support local families in need.

Our mission has always been simple: to help people create outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful, but also functional and sustainable.
