Grading issues

Grading Correction

In order to correct grading issues a site visit is the first step.  Assessments must be made as to the source and quantity of the drainage water in order to best design a solution.  Attention to the water flowing off the roof and the neighboring roofs is always important.  Collecting and dispersing the water in order to soak into the ground in a natural way and avoid water flowing into the street and storm drain system helps to  reduce stream and storm water runoff into the Potomac river basin and Chesapeake bay watershed.  Collecting, slowing, diverting and providing areas for drainage water to soak into the ground are some of the tools we use to control drainage issues in the yard, and prevent outdoor drainage problems from becoming indoor house flooding problems
